Phase A: Preparation of Project Report and Brief Cost Estimate.

We prepare Project Report based on below points :-

(a) Architectural Design based on client requirement (From out sourced Architect).
(b) Structural Design (From our Sister concern Designer).
(c) Brief project Report including type of construction, area to be developed etc.
(d) Other ancillary construction and compound wall construction required.
(e) Total construction cost.
(f) Monthly Cash flow for the Project.

Based on above report we prepare Brief “Estimated Bill of quantity (BOQ)”.

Phase B: Preparation of Tender documents.


Technical/General specification


We float's the tender in open market and invite contractors to quote. A comparative statement will be prepared & we will suggest three best contractors for your approval.

(c)Previous work experience.
(d)Financial position.
(e)Interview (Negotiation).

Phase C: Work Execution.

 Working out Project Schedule.
 Daily and Monthly Report preparation and submission to client.
 Day to day Supervision (check on quality), Material quality check and site inventory during the execution.
 Guiding the contractor in Technical Matters (When ever required).
 Check the measurements & bill of the contractor.
 To certify contractors bill.
